To open an account on maestrolabs.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the website maestrolabs.com.
- Download the MailMaestro add-in.
- Open up Microsoft Outlook (desktop or web) where you've downloaded the MailMaestro add-in.
- Launch MailMaestro by clicking its icon from the ribbon, and a sidebar should pop up.
- From the sidebar, select either:
- Improve existing email - If you already have an email draft but just want to improve the quality of the email.
- Write from scratch - If you want to write an email from scratch.
- Pick a tone that feels right for the person you're emailing.
- Select a language (optional). MailMaestro can translate any language you use in the prompt to one of fifteen output languages.
- Click on Write if you're writing from scratch or Improve when you're improving an existing email.
- Review the generated draft and if you like what you read, hit Paste to Outlook and the text will be sent to your Outlook message pane.
